Serkan has repaired my laptop more than once and each time I was very impressed with his professionalism. He went above and beyond by recording the entire process of repairing my laptop and uploading it to youtube so I could be sure of the work.
He always gave a succinct explanation of the problem and in one case where I had to return the laptop for further work he offered to cover the postage. When my laptop couldn't be repaired he refunded the cost of previous work done.

Serkan has fixed my laptop which I thought was beyond help. The power circuit had failed and it refused to turn on, the charger did nothing and I was fairly sure it was bricked but he's managed to bring it back to life. It took a while due to the individual chip not being available but once it arrived he fixed it promptly, tested it well and then returned it to me. The price was good for the service I received. The only downside I experienced was delays in shipping on the replacement parts which meant it took a while but for the price and quality of repairs I am more than happy. Thanks Serkan!
